Special Notes

Bigos is a traditional Polish stew that's perfect for cold weather. The combination of sauerkraut, fresh cabbage, and meats creates a hearty, flavorful dish. The key is cooking the stew long enough to develop the flavors. You can customize this recipe by using different meats or adding different vegetables. This stew is perfect for meal prep and can be frozen for later use.
