
Birria Bombs Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup birria meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup birria broth
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
Instructions
- In bowl, mix birria meat, cheese, and broth
- Add salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder
- Stir in cilantro and onion
- Place wonton wrapper on work surface
- Add 1 tablespoon filling to center
- Wet edges with water
- Fold in half and seal edges
- Heat oil in large skillet
- Fry birria bombs for 2-3 minutes per side
- Drain on paper towels
- Serve hot with dipping sauce
