Special Notes
These homemade blueberry bagels are perfect for breakfast or brunch. The combination of sweet blueberries and chewy bagel texture creates a delicious treat. The key is boiling the bagels before baking to create the characteristic chewy crust. You can use fresh or frozen blueberries, but dried work best for even distribution. These bagels freeze well and can be toasted for a quick breakfast.
