Special Notes
This elegant fish dish is perfect for a special dinner. Branzino has a delicate, mild flavor that pairs beautifully with Mediterranean herbs and lemon. The key is to score the fish to help the seasonings penetrate and to not overcook it. It's a great way to enjoy a healthy, flavorful meal that's easy to prepare.
