Ingredients
- 2 packages instant ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

- 1/4 cup kimchi
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions
- In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper
- Drain noodles and add to sauce
- Toss to coat evenly
- Transfer to serving bowls
- Top with mozzarella cheese
- Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and kimchi
- Serve immediately
