Special Notes
This carnivore-friendly cheesecake eliminates all plant-based ingredients while maintaining the classic creamy texture and flavor. The pork rind crust provides a crunchy base that complements the rich cheesecake filling. This recipe uses erythritol or monk fruit sweetener instead of sugar to keep it low-carb and carnivore-compliant. The water bath helps prevent cracking and ensures even baking. This dessert is perfect for those following a strict carnivore diet while still enjoying a sweet treat.
