Special Notes
This traditional Filipino champorado is a sweet chocolate rice porridge. The combination of glutinous rice and cocoa creates a thick, creamy texture. The evaporated and condensed milk add richness and sweetness. This dish is perfect for breakfast or as a dessert. The dried fish adds a salty contrast to the sweet porridge. For the best results, use high-quality cocoa powder and glutinous rice.
