Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup diced onion

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
- Spread over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
