Special Notes
This Chinese brown sauce is a versatile base for many stir-fry dishes. The combination of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce creates the characteristic savory flavor. The cornstarch thickens the sauce to the perfect consistency for coating meats and vegetables. This sauce is perfect for beef and broccoli, chicken stir-fry, or any Chinese-style dish. You can adjust the sweetness and saltiness to your preference.
