Special Notes
These Chinese-style pork ribs are sticky, sweet, and savory. The five-spice powder adds authentic Chinese flavor while the honey creates a beautiful glaze. The key is the long, slow cooking time followed by a high-heat finish for caramelization. These ribs are perfect for entertaining and pair well with steamed rice and vegetables. The marinade can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
