Special Notes

This copycat Chuy's jalapeno ranch dressing is perfect for dipping chips, drizzling over tacos, or using as a salad dressing. The key is to use fresh jalapenos and cilantro for the authentic flavor. You can adjust the heat level by using more or fewer jalapenos, or by leaving some seeds in for extra spice. The dressing gets better as it sits, allowing the flavors to meld together. This recipe makes a large batch, perfect for parties or meal prep. Serve with tortilla chips, use as a taco topping, or drizzle over grilled chicken.
