Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.
  5. Flatten each mound with the back of a spoon.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
