Special Notes
This hearty cowboy chili is perfect for cold weather and feeding a crowd. The combination of beef and pork creates a rich, meaty flavor. The long simmering time allows all the flavors to meld together beautifully. You can customize the heat level by adjusting the cayenne pepper. This chili freezes well and makes great leftovers. Serve with your favorite toppings for a complete meal.
