Crack Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
• 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, and sour cream.
3. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth.
4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
5. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
6. Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture over the batter in the pan.
7. Pour remaining batter over the sugar mixture and spread evenly.
8. Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top.
9. Drizzle melted butter over the entire cake.
10. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
11. While cake is baking, make the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
12. Remove cake from oven and immediately pour glaze over the hot cake.
13. Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
