
Crock Pot Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 pounds baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Season ribs with brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and cumin
- Place ribs in slow cooker
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and honey
- Pour sauce over ribs
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours
- Remove ribs and brush with additional sauce
- Broil for 5 minutes until caramelized
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving
