
Dalgona Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup instant coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt
- In a large bowl, cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract
- Dissolve coffee granules in hot water
- Add coffee mixture to butter mixture and beat until combined
- Gradually add flour mixture until just combined
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set
- Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving
