Ingredients
- 2 cups einkorn flour
- 1/2 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- In large bowl, mix einkorn flour and salt
- Add sourdough starter and water
- Mix until dough forms
- Knead on floured surface for 10 minutes
- Place in greased bowl and let rise for 4 hours
- Shape into loaf and place in greased pan
- Let rise for 2 hours
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C)
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Reduce heat to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 30 minutes
- Cool on wire rack
