Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.5 oz) enoki mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Trim the root end of enoki mushrooms and separate into small bundles.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add enoki mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add sauce mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve immediately.
