Special Notes
This classic sandwich is perfect for a hearty meal. The key is slow-roasting the beef until it's fork-tender, then slicing it thin for the sandwich. The au jus (cooking liquid) is what makes this sandwich special - it's rich, flavorful, and perfect for dipping.
