Special Notes
These crispy fried ribs are perfect for a unique twist on traditional ribs. The key is to maintain the oil temperature for even cooking. The combination of flour and cornmeal creates a crunchy coating. This dish is perfect for parties and can be served as an appetizer or main course. For extra flavor, you can add different spices to the coating. The ribs should be served hot for the best texture.
