Special Notes
This fried salmon recipe creates a crispy, golden crust while keeping the fish moist and tender inside. The combination of flour and cornmeal creates a unique texture that's both crispy and slightly crunchy. The spices add flavor and depth to the coating. The key is to not overcook the salmon - it should be just cooked through to maintain its moisture. This dish is perfect for serving with rice, vegetables, or a simple salad. The lemon wedges add brightness and help cut through the richness of the fried coating. This recipe works well with other types of fish as well.
