Special Notes
These crispy squash slices are perfect for a summer side dish. The combination of flour, cornmeal, and spices creates a crunchy coating that's perfect for the tender squash. The key is to let the breaded squash rest before frying to help the coating adhere. It's a great way to enjoy fresh summer squash in a delicious and satisfying way.
