Special Notes
These crispy garlic fries are perfect as a side dish or appetizer. The key to crispy fries is soaking them in cold water to remove excess starch, then baking at a high temperature. The garlic butter adds incredible flavor without being overwhelming. For extra crispiness, you can double-fry the potatoes or use an air fryer. These fries pair perfectly with burgers, sandwiches, or as a standalone snack.
