Special Notes
This spicy syrup is perfect for cocktails, tea, or any drink that needs a kick. The combination of ginger, sugar, and lemon creates a complex flavor that's both sweet and spicy. The key is to not over-steep the ginger to avoid a bitter taste. It's a great way to add a unique and warming flavor to your beverages.
