Special Notes
These gluten-free bagels are perfect for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. The xanthan gum helps bind the ingredients together and creates the chewy texture characteristic of bagels. The key is not to overwork the dough to prevent it from becoming tough. You can customize these bagels by adding different seeds or flavors. These bagels freeze well and can be toasted for a quick breakfast.
