Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper
- In bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, and honey
- Add sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger
- Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side
- Brush with remaining marinade
- Cook for 2-3 minutes more
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
- Serve hot with rice
