
Guava Jam Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ripe guavas
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

- Bring to a boil and cook for 25-30 minutes until thickened.
- Test for doneness by placing a small amount on a cold plate.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Ladle hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
- Wipe jar rims and apply lids and rings.
- Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
