Special Notes
This halal white sauce is perfect for drizzling over gyros, falafel, or any Middle Eastern dish. The combination of mayonnaise, yogurt, and sour cream creates a creamy, tangy sauce that's both rich and refreshing. The herbs and spices add depth of flavor without being overwhelming. This sauce is much better when made ahead of time, as it allows the flavors to meld together. You can adjust the consistency by adding more or less yogurt, and the heat level by adjusting the cayenne pepper. This sauce is perfect for meal prep and can be used in a variety of dishes.
