Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onions, diced

- 8 slices bread
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine diced ham with mayonnaise
- Add sweet pickle relish and Dijon mustard
- Stir in lemon juice, celery, and red onions
- Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed
- Spread ham salad on 4 slices of bread
- Top with lettuce and tomato slices
- Cover with remaining bread slices
- Cut sandwiches in half and serve immediately
