Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Add cooked macaroni and mix well.
  4. Stir in carrot, celery, red onion, bell pepper, and peas.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
