Ingredients

  • 8 ounces yakisoba noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add cabbage, garlic, and ginger, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add cooked noodles and sauce to the wok.
  7. Toss everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
