Instructions
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- Whisk in cocoa powder until smooth
- Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, heavy cream, and corn syrup
- Stir constantly until sugar dissolves completely
- Bring mixture to a gentle boil
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt
- Let cool slightly before serving
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
