Special Notes
This homemade lemon pepper seasoning is far superior to store-bought versions. The fresh lemon zest provides a bright, citrusy flavor that complements the warm pepper notes. Use this seasoning on chicken, fish, vegetables, or roasted potatoes. For the best results, make sure the lemon zest is completely dry before mixing with other ingredients to prevent clumping.
