Special Notes
This classic Hawaiian comfort food is a hearty meal that's perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The combination of rice, beef patty, fried egg, and gravy creates a satisfying dish that's popular throughout Hawaii. The key is to cook the egg sunny-side up so the yolk can run over everything when you cut into it.
