Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups beef gravy
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Remove patties and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, cook 4 eggs sunny-side up.
  7. To assemble: Place rice in bowls, top with beef patty, then egg, then gravy.
  8. Garnish with green onions.
  9. Serve immediately.
