
Matcha Tiramisu Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup matcha powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup marsala wine
- 1 pound mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup matcha powder for dusting
Instructions
- Dissolve matcha powder in hot water
- Add sugar and marsala wine
- In bowl, beat mascarpone until smooth
- In separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar
- Fold whipped cream into mascarpone
- Add vanilla extract
- Dip ladyfingers in matcha mixture
- Layer in serving dish
- Spread mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers
- Repeat layers
- Refrigerate for 4 hours
- Dust with matcha powder before serving
