Red raspberry leaf tea is believed to help tone the uterus and prepare the body for childbirth. The combination of warming spices and honey creates a soothing, comforting drink. This tea should be consumed in moderation and it's always best to consult with a healthcare provider before using herbal remedies during pregnancy. The tea can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
