
Mulberry Jam Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 cups mulberries
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package powdered pectin
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
Instructions
- Wash and stem mulberries
- Crush berries in large pot
- Add sugar and lemon juice
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly
- Add pectin and butter
- Return to rolling boil
- Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly
- Remove from heat and skim foam
- Ladle into sterilized jars
- Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes
