Special Notes
This homemade oyster sauce captures the rich, umami flavor of the traditional Chinese condiment. The combination of oyster extract and soy sauce creates the characteristic savory taste. You can adjust the sweetness and saltiness to your preference. This sauce is perfect for stir-fries, marinades, and as a dipping sauce. For a vegetarian version, you can use mushroom extract instead of oyster extract.
