Special Notes
These crispy pork cutlets are perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner. The key to success is ensuring the oil is hot enough before adding the cutlets to achieve a golden, crispy exterior. Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven to maintain crispiness.
