Special Notes
This classic German dish is perfect for a hearty dinner. The key is to pound the pork thin and to let the breaded cutlets rest before frying. The combination of breadcrumbs and Parmesan creates a crispy, flavorful coating that's irresistible. It's traditionally served with lemon wedges and pairs well with German potato salad or spaetzle.
