Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon stevia

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C)
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter
  3. Press into bottom of 8-inch springform pan
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth
  5. Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, and honey
  6. Beat in eggs one at a time
  7. Add vanilla extract and salt
  8. Pour filling over crust
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set
  10. Cool completely before refrigerating
  11. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving
