Special Notes
This pulled beef is perfect for sandwiches, tacos, or as a main course. The long, slow cooking time ensures the meat becomes incredibly tender and flavorful. The combination of spices and liquids creates a rich, smoky flavor that's perfect for barbecue-style dishes. You can adjust the heat level by increasing or decreasing the cayenne pepper. This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated, and it freezes well for future meals. Serve with coleslaw, pickles, and your favorite barbecue sauce.
