Special Notes
This traditional Indian flatbread is perfect for scooping up curries and dal. The key is to roll the roti very thin and cook it quickly over high heat. The whole wheat flour gives it a nutty flavor and chewy texture. It's best served hot and can be made ahead and reheated on a griddle.
