Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab meat)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  3. Add seafood and garlic, cook until seafood is opaque
  4. Add white wine and cook for 2 minutes
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg, and parsley
  6. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour
  7. Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth
  8. Season with salt and pepper
  9. Preheat oven to 375°F
  10. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, seafood, marinara, and mozzarella
  11. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella
  12. Bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden
