Special Notes

Shrub is a traditional fruit vinegar syrup that's perfect for making refreshing drinks or adding to cocktails. The combination of fruit, sugar, and vinegar creates a unique flavor profile that's both sweet and tangy. The long steeping time allows the fruit to release its natural juices and develop flavor. This shrub can be made with any type of fruit and can be customized with different spices. The shrub keeps well in the refrigerator for several months and can be used in a variety of ways. It's perfect for those who enjoy tart, refreshing beverages and want something different from regular fruit drinks.
