Special Notes
This Southern-style fried cabbage is a comfort food classic. The bacon adds smoky flavor while the vinegar and brown sugar create a sweet and tangy balance. The key is to cook the cabbage until it's tender but still has some texture. This dish pairs perfectly with cornbread and black-eyed peas. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated gently on the stovetop.
