Special Notes
This classic Italian dish is perfect for a hearty dinner. The combination of steak, tomatoes, and herbs creates a rich, flavorful sauce that's perfect for the meat. The key is to brown the steaks first to seal in the juices and to let the sauce simmer to develop the flavors. It's a great way to enjoy a traditional Italian meal that's both satisfying and delicious.
