Special Notes
This elegant fish dish is perfect for a special dinner. Striped bass has a mild, sweet flavor that pairs beautifully with the lemon-dill sauce. The key is to not overcook the fish - it should be just opaque in the center. The capers add a nice briny note that complements the fish perfectly.
