
Taco Ring Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Cook ground beef until no longer pink
- Add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes
- Stir in refried beans and remove from heat
- Unroll crescent rolls and arrange in a circle on a pizza pan
- Spoon beef mixture around the circle
- Top with cheese, sour cream, salsa, olives, green onions, and tomatoes
- Fold crescent roll triangles over the filling
- Mix egg with water and brush over the dough
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
