Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh tuna, cubed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup edamame
  • 1/4 cup seaweed salad
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes
  2. Add tuna and toss to coat
  3. Let marinate for 10 minutes
  4. Divide rice between two bowls
  5. Top with marinated tuna
  6. Add avocado, cucumber, edamame, and seaweed salad
  7. Garnish with pickled ginger, sesame seeds, and green onions
  8. Serve immediately
